Privacy

Ink Leaf is a privacy focused PDF annotation service. We store account and session data necessary for billing and to operate subscriptions.

To protect the service from abusive sign-in and sign-up attempts, we may also store the submitted email address, IP address, request time, CAPTCHA result, and Cloudflare-provided location headers for magic-link email requests. We may also store delivery-failure details from monitored magic-link email bounces, such as the failed recipient address, SMTP status, diagnostic text, and suppression window, so we can avoid repeatedly sending to addresses that cannot receive mail. This abuse-prevention telemetry is separate from billing data and is retained only as configured for security review.
